I have worked for over 25 years with adults and families: as a school counselor & teacher, an artist, a childbirth & parenting educator, a grief counselor, an anger management group leader, a spouse and parent, and as a psychotherapist. I bring my experience and compassion to my practice.

Through individual, couples or group therapy,  we will work together to bring about the positive changes you are seeking to make for yourself, and in your relationships. I will support you by helping you navigate through this process.
